Having a limited budget and struggling to get time off work, France being so close to the UK seemed like a good option, so he headed over to the Alps and fell in love with the place. He completed a couple of winter seasons in France between jobs, but decided to go back to New Zealand to teach snowboarding in Queenstown. This was where he met Beth and they both talked about setting up an adventure Chalet company back in France. Several years, three children and lots of fun later, they now run a successful Chalet Company based in Les Gets France.
